Non-dancers 50+, all levels
Regular training for non-dancers (~ 50+) with changing artists and trainers. The course is a mixture of different workouts such as Pilates, Yoga, Dance and Gyrokinesis. Suitable for all levels, also as rehab training after injuries or operations. The training is partly guided by a trainee sports physiotherapist, who can also offer personal treatment.
