The Gyrokinesis Method is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus. It addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, strengthens the core and expands the range and freedom of the movement. It is a great way to be inspired and to relax through movement!
The Gyrokinesis Method is practiced on a chair, on a mat and in standing. Participants are also developing their own proprioception to explore movement sequences.
